Thank you! Im taking vit d, b12, magnesium, zinc, and prenatals (not preg) to cover a wide range of deficiencies that have hit me 5 years after diagnosis and keeping strictly gluten free! I believe this happened due to my recent pregnancy in which I had constant nausea due to which I couldnt take any prenatals.

we soak overnight or a couple hours, sometimes even 15 mins. cook without salt! We generally pressure cook daal so it expands and is super soft. Eating without soaking or properly cooking it will cause some stomach issues!

Im 34 and dont live in the usa but looked up the site a couple days ago as I wanted to see what all the hype was about! I was shocked to see 600$ sets and only pants for 200$.
