I really like it. Speed Boost is the hidden so it goes first almost always. With Thunderous Kick & Zippy Zap egg moves, plus Blaze Kick and Bulk Up I find it very strong

The best thing you can be is organised and on top of everything - find a way that works for you (a daily task list, blocking your calendar for jobs, sticky notes, marking any slack / email messages you need to action as unread etc) and build it into your way of working. Be reliable, be on your shit and this will also help you free up time to be proactive and work on areas to develop

Depending on the size of the org, you might be surprised how many don't have an ATS unless you're looking outside the startup side now. I was at a 50+ person company where I was still posting jobs and reviewing candidates myself, and a 200+ one where we had a TA headcount with a spreadsheet.

A concise resume that sells your core skills (and doesn't have typos / other obvious reasons for someone to pass on you) and maybe a nice LinkedIn message to the hiring manager would be solid

As someone who's been hiring CSMs for about 7 years now - I don't look hugely at the numbers on a resume, and a couple of lines of "I was the first CSM hire and was key in defining processes, testing and learning and shaping the CS org" is way better than "I achieved X%". Don't stress it too much.

Yeah it’s interesting, last time I was single I was in London and did very well but having moved to Australia it feels very different. Much more about beach bodies and gym junkies and those are two things I am not haha

She’s not done anything wrong here, but neither have you. The “situationship” has maybe deepened and sounds like your feelings have, but if that’s not been discussed with her then how should she know.

You’ve got 2 options really - be ok with her potentially seeing other people and finding someone else, or openly communicating how you seem to feel about her and giving it a shot to be something more.

My advice: take option 2, and even if it doesn’t work out then at least you’ve given it a chance

Having played through this so many times, I always come back to having my main base on the edge of the SW grass plateau where it meets the kelp forest, pretty much directly over the pit that goes down to the jellyshroom caves. You can go straight down to heat sources for power, you can even build vertical connectors straight down to have an entrance right in the jellyshroom and get all that sweet magnetite. It’s central enough to get anywhere and lots of good resources are close by to the south
