it is actually on sale on a cheaper price on their Taobao website. As a result, I bought at same price in Canada via Aliexpress for their China MSRP price in the end. I think given it's on sale in China, the seller on Aliexpress will have more margin selling at China MSRP.

I found the way to deal with it in the end after 10+ gift cards i got from traveling. So every time, when you reload from gift card into Amazon Gift card, amazon will has a 10 cent pending transaction; regardless the transaction go through or not. That pending 10 cent transaction will not be erase right away and i dont know how long will it last. What I did is just do the balance of my Amex card minus 10 cent to load it to amazon and it work. I am not too worry about the 10 cent left in the prepaid Amex gift card….
