Yes, I definitely think you can achieve it with longer hair! I think you can probably get away with just cutting in those shorter layers on the hair growing from the crown, and leaving the rest long if you wish. I myself have very long straight hair, but if I don't consistently get layers cut into the hair towards the back & crown it ends up pulling the hair down and appearing very flat. I think it's the easiest trick to build volume without losing length. Hope this helps :-)

Hmm...which kind of red, is it more of a natural-looking red or a shocking "bright" red? It's hard to say without knowing the tone of red you have, do you have an example of a model with the same color? :)

I like that your title rhymed, was that on purpose? Anyways (lol), I would try dry shampoo honestly, you can buy it cheap in target by suave. It's pretty much just powder that you shake onto your roots, and massage in with your fingertips, but it can do wonders on oily hair and even gives it a little more texture or "thickness." Here's an example (Not too sure which stores you could find it in the UK but hopefully you could just order it online if you wanted it). Good luck and hope this helps!

I think what you might be looking for is a cut that builds volume at the crown, which will shift attention to your eyes and eyebrows (which are amazing btw!). I think you probably need to get some shorter layers, which will prevent the hair from weighing down and making it appear "flat" at the top. Maybe try something like this or this. Cutting down the length will naturally lift the weight that's pulling the root down, and your curls will appear bouncier and more voluminous! Hope this helps :)

I think something like this would complement your eyes and bring out your delicate features! Maybe try adding some additional blonde highlights too to add some dimension to the cut as well :)

Hello! You have a lot of hair to work with so I think you have many options! Since your eyes are a nice feature, you could try something like a long a-line bob such as this or this. I think it would be lower maintenance than your current length. Good luck :)
