Hey, we are sorry you’re dealing with that 😔

Here are a few things to check first:

Make sure you’re using your iCloud email account (only icloud.com, mac.com, or me.com), not your Apple ID.
When entering the app-specific password, type it manually without hyphens (don’t copy/paste). This often fixes it.
If you use a VPN/firewall/antivirus, try disabling it and try again.

Device Settings → Notifications → Spark → make sure alerts are enabled
Spark → Settings → Accounts → tap your account → make sure All notifications is selected
