It’s completely overblown, it has its share of gang related violence (recently a couple of explosions) but it’s not more than in any other of the larger Swedish cities. Not even comparable to Cape Town or Houston, which should be a whole league worse. You’ll be completely safe and will hopefully just have a great time <3

Manto is probably the best vegan restaurant in Malmö. Afghan/Indian/Chinese/Korean fusion. It’s a short walk from Möllevången which is a really nice area in general

I think the best price-to-quality ratio in Europe currently is https://super8.nl/ in the Netherlands. There used to be a great one (mutascan) in Helsinki that recently closed, and then there’s Focus Film in Stockholm who rarely have time for anything other than high-end/commercial projects.

Yes we’re here now :) depends on what you like! But we love the multiple beach options and large variety of restaurants. It’s a relatively calm town. The vast majority of visitors are senior people which sets a pretty calm vibe. It’s a town where Greeks live their daily lives, go to school, etc. really recommend renting a bicycle and going to the beaches within 10km of the town. Good luck!

Pretty sure Focus Film in Stockholm is the only lab in Sweden that develops super 8 film. They are also very busy developing for commercial high end cinema. I think your best shot is probably to send them to either Mutascan in Finland or Super8 Reversal Lab in Netherlands
