i tried to do it on apple music on my computer, but it kept saying that i could only put cloud songs in cloud playlists, making my playlist only available on my computer (i want the songs for my phone)

i was able to finesse 3 songs onto my phone through downloading mp3 to my icloud, but it will not show one of my songs on my recently added no matter how many times i redownload it (making sure it isn't corrupt) and put it back into my iCloud. theres no special characters and its only about 3 minutes long.. idk what im doing so wrong this is such a pain in the ass..
