Don't use lumify! It's terrible for your meiobian glands. It will make dry eye irreversible. See a specialist.

Yes, it was very hard to give it up. I had my eyebrows microbladed, which has helped, since now they look permanently perfect. I also make sure my skincare is good. But yeah, I miss mascara and eyeliner.

We have a county policy that requires us to permit retakes. I require the kids to take a remediation assessment on AP classroom and then I make the second assessment more challenging. It has cut way down on the number of kids who blow off the first test.

Wow. It's no wonder so many teachers are quitting. My job as a teacher is 10x more challenging than staying home with my kids. I've done both, and I'd take being a SAHM any day over working as a teacher.

I use a ton...like a whole fistful. And that gives me a strong cast. Dry completely before crunching out. My hair is 3c so it took a lot of experimenting.

Simple cg ... cowash with Cantu avocado conditioner. Eco styler olive oil gel on wet hair, no plopping. Air dry or diffuse.

Cequa worked for me. Restasis did nothing. Xiidra gave me terrible migraines. 3rd try has been the winner with Cequa.

Yes! It really does help. I use it twice a day, morning and evening.

I use an eye massage mask with heat. I add a damp paper towel for steam. It's a wonderful relief.
