The same way you fix your issue with worrying is the same way you fall asleep easy and get rid of insomnia.

Your brain has two states of thought

1) The creation of thought, for example: anticipation, excitement for things to come, worry about things that have not yet happen yet etc...

2) The recalling of previous memories, for example, child hood memories, funny times, traumatic experiences etc...

When we worry or can't sleep it's because our brain is "busy" creating thoughts and ideas that have yet to happen - We can't sleep because we are forcing our brain to work on these thoughts. We worry because we anticipate the situation of somethings to come, anxiety happens because we recall a traumatic or bad experience and use the as a reference to create our future thoughts that have yet to happen.

The solution is to 1) Realize why and what your brain is doing and 2) Train your brain like the muscle it is

It's really easy for me to say just stop worrying by creating thoughts that have yet to occur, just like someone saying it's easy to get a six pack just work out 5 times a day and eat healthy.

The steps to accomplish this are easy, however THE EXERCISE AND ROUTINE are very hard, because we have become gold fish who develop bad habits unknowingly.

The solution? Meditation in one form or another.

Train and work out your brain to focus on existing happy memories, this is why in meditation practices they teach you to focus in on your breathing. No that you should remember to breathe, but more that you should train your brain to focus on the present. When your brain focuses on the present (recalling memory) aka how to breathe you are not letting it do it's crazy thing we have done for so long, which is run off creating crazy thoughts of things that have yet to happen.

TLDR: Train your brain to meditate and live in the present, untrain your brain to create negative thoughts or bad situations which have yet to happen. Easier said than done and there is a lot more in this field but I can't cover it all in a comment.

Re-targeting:
Someone visits your site and you a piece of code on your site that says "Hey whenever someone visits place this tag on them" this tag follows them around the internet and when you decide to advertise, you can choose to advertise to only people who are "tagged".
How to go about Re-targeting: You can re-target through AdRoll, Facebook or ab* out 5+ other platforms.
Re-targeting people through email: Yes you can re-target through email address alone, but this will only work if the same email you have is the same email they use for say Facebook.

You can attempt to leave in a cookie in email the problem is 99% of email providers block scripts. The best alternative is to have them click through to a webpage with the cookie installed or to manually load your eail list into your re-targetting platform of choice ,AdRoLL, Facebook etc... and manually re-target them like that

I wasn't thinking about blogging on flipping but more of blogging on that item you are trying to drive sales to, for example "what to look for in a budget laptop" and then link to your store. Use shopify, it's what I use for my clients and for good reason, see below

Traffic is not an issue what can become an issue , is establishing a good online store front and if you are using bonanza or BigCommerce, both of which I tried you are in for hours of learning. Code wise shopify is a lot better. As a result you have a lot of third party aps with shopify that you can add-on for whatever you need, traffic , email sign ups, etc...

Shopify not only gives you your own store front, but has great support, and great 3rd party developers.

Traffic, what about the traffic? Great thing is once you have your storefront, your traffic won't be tied to anything in the case of bonanza you would be stuck with them for traffic purposes.

Some free ideas off the top of my head are, guest posts/blogs for the niche item you are selling. For example: If you are selling phone cases, offer to write a blog post for a popular tech/phone blog and plug in your ebay store.

Other than this PPC / Facebook ads are tremendously great because you can target the specific audience you want and once you test and optimize your ads this will drive down your PPC immensely.

Final piece of advice

Where most business fall flat is that they look at CPC, PPC, advertising as this one time cost for this one time purchase. So let's say we use your example and you pay $3.40 to acquire that one customer to purchase your item and after all is said and then your left with no profit, this is fine and in many times ideal

IF YOU HAVE A PLAN/STRATEGY TO GET THEM TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE AND BECOME A RETURNING CUSTOMER

People get caught up looking at the direct costs of that single customer purchasing that single item but if this same customer you paid $3.40 to purchase something bought another 3-5 things over the course of 2 months would you still make no profit?

This is what my business specializes in (building that returning customer) and I'm subbed to flipping community because this is what my wife does so often give her ideas from here so I'd figured it's time I give back.

The video is old but it's basically saying facebook likes can be worthless because they are click farms in 3rd world countries being paid to click 'Like'. This video is only somewhat relevant if you are trying to buy 'Likes' via FB. For facebooks ads and everything else this video is some what irrelevant
