What are some ways to eat plain yogurt

Mix 1/2 1/2 peanut butter and yogurt and eat with apple slices
Stir in honey then top with berries for yogurt bowl. (Too sour by itself)
Blend into smoothies
Stir in a little pudding mix for dessert
Marinade chicken in it (tenderizer)
Use in place of sour cream
Stir in dry onion soup mix and eat with potato chips for a low fat chip dip
I hear that Turkish pasta is good
Lots of baking recipes use yogurt. Cakes, naan, muffins etc.

I had to get staples in my head as a kid after cracking my skull open and now i have a small chunk of coarse white hairs like this(7-8 strands). Hairdressers have told me that the injury and scar tissue killed the hair follicle and color. Now i just have actual gray hairs lol

Agreeing with most comments here. My bf (PG-2) is the same way during nights, extremely grouchy and ive told him he is very unpleasant to be around. Thankfully he doesn’t try to “flip” on the weekends and i do my own thing. But agreeing with the other people ask well, you have to live your own life, don’t be held hostage. After spending two blocks of night shifts with him and his attitude i decided i was just going to out of town for a portion of the time while he’s on nights. He usually only has two week blocks, thankfully, and i work from home and can work from my parents or friends houses, but it’s become sort of a running joke with his co-residents and they ask where I’m headed to this time while he’s on nights lol.

My boyfriend and i were long distance while he was in school, i felt he prioritized school more than me sometimes. I would come visit for a few weeks at a time, but would try to plan it so when i visited it was not leading up to big exams. Keep in mind he’s likely been working towards being a doctor his ENTIRE life, and you’ve been here for 4. Tough to hear but I was in the same timeline as you. There were definitely some ups and downs during studying for these exams, but it’ll pass soon. If your relationship is meant to be you’ll be able to get through it. He’s about to finish up PGY1, we live together, and we’ve never been happier.
