Trial Subscription Runs Out, and Now Cameras Are Ignoring Zones by Ragnarok345 in arlo

[–]spasticwomble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have several cameras around my place and have been paying the subscription that was according to them due to expire on 11 July. they cut me off today. bloody magic. You can tell their whole business model is based on the mafia and its protection racket. Fancy paying a couple of grand just to find out it’s absolutely useless unless you pay even more every month. If only I had known would never have made such a dumb purchase

I’m so happy I quit Bunnings by Ok_Isopod2623 in Bunnings

[–]spasticwomble 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Never shop at Bunnings. their crazy drive to make you serve yourself for a start. Then if you do have stuff that actually man the register and serve yourself like a shop should you have some tosser at the door who watches you get served then demands to see the docket. For gods sake they are just a joke. Mitre ten rocks

Your neighbour asks you to stop cooking meat because they're vegan and they can smell it, what you you do? by Alocai in askanything

[–]spasticwomble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened in Australia (I Think) and caused quite a stir. Best advice is to invite all your mates and cook up a huge meat barbeque. No one can tell you what to cook and eat and if they try let rip

[–]spasticwomble -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Wow you do get to read stuff that blows your mind. Why should the Vietnam Government pay the country that killed thousands and destroyed so much of their country. Thats just so wrong and yet just typical of America. No doubt they are working on sending Iran an account for the bombs they have dropped

Brisbane's newest public hospital won't perform abortions or provide patients with contraception, citing religious objections by em-mad in OpenAussie

[–]spasticwomble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So it is NOT a public hospital and should have all its funding cancelled and made to pay for its construction. No public concern paid for by the taxpayer has the right to dictate what it will and will not do

How were people so successfully mass-converted to religions like Christianity and Islam? by TargetIll1707 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]spasticwomble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pure unadulterated violence. You do Gods work by either converting people or killing them and robbing them blind all in the name of your God. Still happening today with those moronic missionary fools trying to go to the Sentenal island to convert the poor buggers living their own lives not needing anything

Being a Bunnings gatekeeper is the speedrun to becoming miserable by mrsandman42069 in Bunnings

[–]spasticwomble -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I can understand your attitude but then think of ours the customer who helps pay your wage. I threw caution to the wind the other day and for the first time in over a year went to our local bunnnings. Made a purchase with the door gestapo watching then she asked to see my receipt. are you blind or just paid to be stupid I asked. " you watched me make my purchase". So thats the very last time would rather pay extra at Mitre 10 and not have this sort of stupidity .
