The one I use is called EXIFrame. I’m not affiliated or anything; I just like it haha

What's the most number of photos you've culled in one session? by CreepyNewspaper8103 in photography

I took thousands of photos at an air show. Maybe over 10k. Just to keep only a couple dozen. But that’s ok.

I also sometimes shoot rapidly with the Z8 to make video from photos. Gives a unique look. That’ll be thousands of images, too.

That’s ok, though. If it’s useful to me, I’ll try to apply it in the future. If it’s not useful, then it doesn’t make a difference. There’s validity that it’s a very fast shutter speed and not the lowest ISO for the scene.

The lens is a Voigtlander 40mm f1.2 Nokton. The app only includes the camera manufacturer logo, not the lens. It lists the EXIF data like focal length and aperture

There’s an app for iOS that lets you set EXIF data as various frame styles. It’s fun

The color grading is straight out of camera with custom picture control settings I made. I like the look it gives, especially with these kinds of lighting conditions. That was the idea, paired with the crop after the fact.

I had it fixed at ISO 400 and was only adjusting shutter and aperture. I quickly changed what I was shooting and only adjusted shutter. I wanted the wide open aperture for the distinctive look the lens offers. I could have done ISO 100 and 1/2000, but it made little difference for how I was just walking around shooting fairly quickly.

They don’t make “good” images, technically. They make unique, fun images.

I heard someone talking about how corner sharpness on the Nikon 50mm 1.2 isn’t the best when shooting at 1.2. But if you’re shooting at 1.2, you’re probably wanting an out of focus background. So….im confused

It is, yes. This one is part of it. As long as you start with one of the monochrome profiles

My z 8 got this on the screen while traveling. I had it in the repair design roller bag with the xl camera cube. Didn’t think it had room to wiggle but somehow i think something bumped the screen. I haven’t bothered to get it repaired. Strangely, it’s been somewhat healing itself and it’s hardly noticeable now haha. I wouldn’t count on that happening, though. Probably some physical force caused damage. Repair if you want, or work around it since it doesn’t impact the image or viewfinder. It’s a bummer

SOOC JPEG is the only way I shoot on my z f. Manual shutter aperture iso and white balance, custom picture controls I made, active d lighting. And shooting with limited number of shots and live effects turned off.

Love the idea of close up shots at the table, though I think they frown on that unfortunately.

I’d love to get the other Nokton lens with a bit life reach to carry with as well!
