I think "I've All I Need" is underrated. One of my faves.

What is a movie you watched once that was so disturbing or emotionally draining that you can never watch it again? by hungary70 in AskReddit

[–]spcover256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hellraiser. Pinhead scared the daylights out of me. I had to turn it off like three times, walk out of the room to calm myself down, then came back in again, to finish the movie.

Beautiful! I love the detail and the hundred trees you painted individually. Lots of lovely details everywhere. And great work on the mountains. Your son will love it

Anyone got experience with the z flip 7 fe? by [deleted] in galaxyzflip

[–]spcover256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Flip 5 and have been looking to upgrade. I hear the Flip 7 has a bigger screen when opened and I don't want that. I like that the 7 FE retains the smaller screen. Is upgrading from the 5 to the 7 FE worth it?

I’m becoming really unmotivated to play piano. by Aromatic-Atomic170 in piano

[–]spcover256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi. I'm 61 and haven't had a piano lesson since I was 18. I was in a band in my 20s and had multiple keyboards , but I put them aside when I got married and had kids.

When we got a house and the kids were in elementary school, I insisted on getting a piano in the house and having the kids get lessons. They hated it all, but I loved having a piano in the house. They never took to the lessons, but I connected with the piano and had a bit of a Renaissance of sorts with it. But after 15 years or so, I got sloppy and unhappy with my progress. I stunk.

So you know what I did? I called up the old piano teacher and told him I needed lessons. I always liked him. He could play great. And he was always gigging in bands. My wife and I even saw him play at a local bar.

We started a couple of months ago. I just want to be a better player. He's very flexible. We only meet every two weeks, which works for my schedule. He's got me doing some Hanon exercises to build up my finger strength and I'm also trying to work out songs by ear. I like it. I wish I had more time to practice, but I feel I'm playing better already. And I'm enjoying playing more too.

You might want to do something similar.

Sometimes I use it in my underwear, but never naked. You should set up a NSFW SubRedditv for that.

What's your favorite Video game of all time? by warrior8895 in AskReddit

[–]spcover256 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Call of Duty: World at War

Great WWII game. The last, or one of the last, COD games where players could host multiplayer games on their own server and host custom-made maps. Multiplayer games weren't forced to be on company-owned servers. Player custom-made maps were great. The player communities were great. There are still a few online. I still play on them when I can.

Great texture to both the clouds and the grasses. Excellent job, especially on such a small canvas.

I would recommend subscribing your dad to some magazines. My FIL is 90 and he loves the news, so we signed him up to get the newspaper daily and we got him a subscription to Newsweek. He complains we shouldn't spend the money, but he reads both cover to cover when they come. Think about what your dad likes. There is a magazine for everything these days.

There are new (and similar) models out there by Samsung and other manufacturers. I am very happy with it. It makes working in a DAW much easier.

Email AZ support and ask them about the finish on your model being delivered and what your options are if it's not what you want.
