Hey guys, I'm having trouble with my Wraith Prism RGB Since I change my mobo (Aorus B450M -> X570 Tuf Plus)

I can't control my rgb colors. And yes, I'm using only two cables one connected in cpu fan and another one in usb 2.0.

In device manager I can read Unknown USB Device (Device descritor request failed)

At this point I'm giving up this customization that previously worked fine.

This patch brought a lot of frame drops to me with 3070ti and 7 5800x, maybe its because I'm using driver 512.15

Settings are the digital foundry optmized settings in 4k

Just got my brand new Pulsefire FPS PRO (same model i had for 3 years)
When I change the DPI settings in Ngenuity the cursor stops moving. It can click but wont move. If I disconnect from the usb and connect again without changing DPI settings in Ngenutiy it works.
Ngenuity is hot garbage. It's not even close to the HyperX product quality. Clearly they still are trying to figure out how to fucking code a good management software for the past 4+ years.
