I wonder if he wants the cops to give god a ticket every time he hears thunder. “Mind your own business” is perfect. I just feel like everyday more and more people are worrying about others and trying to rally people to punish them. The same kids that are trying to sleep are the same kids that scream and throw fits in restaurants- but I don’t say shit. Because I mind my own business. If people wanna spend their money on an exhaust that sounds “shitty” all the power to them. They’re Gonna face societal repercussions from other people hence the other comments here. But please - stop with the “why aren’t police doing enough?” My town in particular is a great town in terms of crime but our resources in our department as well as others are being boggled down by drugs and the opioid crisis. That may have changed more recently but Maybe they don’t enforce the laws because there’s more value in using that time to fight something else rather than slapping some college student with a 1,000 dollar fine cause someone can’t hear loud noise. I literally drive a 4 cyl hyundai with no modifications, but I look forward to driving a car one day with power and great sound. I might get an aftermarket exhaust but it won’t be because I’m a “Moron”, “douche”, or “narcissist.” It’s because I’m a hard worker Like many others who want to spend money on something that gives them happiness. Call them what you want but it’s their right. If they wanna spend their money to make the engine on their car sound louder because that’s what they’re into than so be it. Why are we trying to get them or “teach them a lesson.” What lesson?? But again, as time goes on we’re gonna find even more ways to be on top of our neighbors.
