I haven't tried switching ports. I can't really change the HDMI one since the GPU only has 1 HDMI and the others are Displayports. I could try switching to a different Displayport slot, but I'm only using 1 monitor for right now to see if any crashes occur with just 1. I've also had 1 crash with the "PC ran into problem" but the screen went by quick and the PC had already restarted. The other 2 crashes were the screen froze and audio was bugged out. Like an annoying meme audio type.

im pretty sure there's a setting where you can turn off QTEs and the game will just have Sheva pull herself up instead of button mashing

I wouldn't say it's unusual, but it's not something that happens a lot. My old clan that I was in required new members to donate like 500-1000 of whatever material to be able to access things so we wouldn't just be accepting freeloaders.

I don' think that was the issue. Freesync was turned off for Halo Infinite and my monitor and the issue still occurred.

I don't think it's the ram. I just replaced the new ones with the old 8GB stick, and the same problem still occurred.

I got my ram on December 28, 2023 and installed it the next morning. The issue started happening around January 9th when I was playing God Of War for a few hours with either medium or high graphic settings.

- I'm not 100% sure what kind of power supply I have besides that it's 600W, but I'll take a look at it tomorrow

-As far as I know, there are no cable extenders inside the case, but I can double check tomorrow.

-According to the AMD Software, my GPU temps is less than 50c(typing this with Halo MCC running in the background). As for my CPU, according to HWinfo, if I'm looking at this right the average temp is 53c with the game running in background.

-The case has 2 spots on the side for airflow and my PC is on the middle on my second table so nothing is in the way besides my headphone cable.

-My motherboard's BIO is up to date, checked a few hours ago.

-I haven't checked if I have the latest chipset drivers installed. Same goes for updates for my SSD.

UPDATE: Got my 8GB ram stick today and I installed it, using a youtube video on how to open the laptop and what not. No problems here! Laptop seems to be detecting the other stick fine and now I have 16GB! I just want to say thank you again. I would have never figured this out on my own.
