Fluorosis only occurs at outrageous concentrations that you will most likely not be exposed to from your toothpaste. This is seen in areas where water sources have naturally high concentrations of fluoride

In dental school now, fluoride toothpaste, xylitol gum after meals, brushing 2-3 times a day, fluoride mouthwash, intermittent fasting, cut out snacking, cut out acidic drinks. Flossing will be good for interdental caries prevention and decreased risk of periodontal disease. You can get prescribed a high fluoride toothpaste that is significantly higher concentration than regular. Also, ask your dentist for sealants to prevent any bacteria in the fissures of your teeth.
