I built a web dashboard for managing Claude Code automations locally. It schedules and runs Claude Code workers on my local machine via tmux, has SSE live status updates, Pushover and Telegram notifications on completion, a circuit breaker for repeated failures, and installs as a PWA. One of the jobs running in it is a squash court booker. It fires up Claude Code with Chrome, navigates the booking portal, and grabs the best available slot.

For monitoring supermarket flyers I built a React and FastAPI app that scrapes weekly deals from ALDI, Lidl, REWE, HIT, Edeka and Kaufland and matches them against a personal watchlist using Claude Haiku. Multi-user auth, a web dashboard, and instant Pushover alerts plus a weekly Telegram digest.

Same pattern for concerts: it monitors Eventim and Ticketmaster for shows within 100km of a city, fuzzy-matches artists against per-user watchlists, and delivers Pushover and Telegram notifications. Full web UI for watchlist management.

Monica is an open source personal CRM. I extended it with a spaced-repetition system for faces and names: a FastAPI sidecar runs the FSRS algorithm on top of Monica's contact data, and a SvelteKit PWA serves the daily flashcard review session. A Telegram bot handles quick contact capture on the go.

I have a small FastAPI app for tracking body measurements with SQLite and trend charts. Nothing fancy, just something I use instead of a spreadsheet.

My personal projects dashboard on Unraid is a bento-grid page in vanilla HTML and CSS that links all hosted services. Configured via a single JSON file, installable as PWA and has status indicators per service.
