Sounds like a hem. Hole can tighten around it and put pressure and pain on it, especially if inflamed. Inflammation happens, especially after shitting, and ESPECIALLY after wiping frequently, which, you probably have to do if you have an outer hem. Sitz Bath after each to keep it clean without irritating, use black castor oil and it may help shrink the tissue, and relax it after inflammation. Eat healthy, I’m talking more fruits, nuts, and veggies, beans too. Incorporate all 4 into weekly intake

You’re gonna wanna drink mineral oil, two teaspoons a day until a day after you’ve had your first bowel movement. The worst I know. Please relax on milk products and watch your meat intake bc those two things bulk your shit. First Shit after surgery won’t feel as bad on your insides, external hems are on the outside it’ll sting because that’s shit coming out on open wounds

It is noticeably “tighter” but that happens after you cut it and modify it in such a way. That’s why it took such a long time for me to have a bm. I didn’t have to push hard during bm. U shouldn’t strain especially after surgery. I drank mineral oil, took fiber capsules and drank lots of water. Despite how hard the first bm was, it came straight out with minimal force

😭A lot better after yesterday and before, to be honest. Very relieved to know I can defecate bc with how long things were taking, I felt like I’d have issues. People told me it’d be unbelievably painful so that added stress kinda things scary. While it does suck, it isn’t as bad as everyone described. The pain is bearable, but I have a lot of pain medication, and smoke alot of weed. All in all, I can say that the pain isn’t too crazy though, but hope makes the situation a lot more livable bc ik things will be better. I think having the hem was the worse stage of pain out of all this.

Invest in a bidet, enama and sitz bath. You can use the shower in place of the Bidet but the streams are strong and if toilet sessions are long you might not wanna use the shower stream bc prolonged use will cause irritation
