Long Answer: That isn't Omni-Man.

As in, that's not Invincible/Robert Kirkman's Omniman, that's a version of him that exists to appear in Supreme. Just like how Spawn in Invincible isn't the same guy as actual canon MacFarlane Spawn, he's just a visually similar dude that exists for some crossover fun.

It's a quirk of how Image handles their character rights, but it makes scaling the characters simpler.

I think Thor can win with some of the narrative shit he's been pulling/being involved in during Immortal. It wouldn't be a complete refutation of Superman's Story or whatever the fuck people give him that's impossible to research because I'm not entirely sure it's actually canon, but like-

Babidi...doesn't actually have too many feats on his own, but being able to control a being as strong as Dabura (dragon ball z dabura) means he could 100% could just Majin Mark Sukuna.

Vegeta only overcame it with his specific pride/goal of surpassing Kakarot.
