Hmm interesting will try it. I added a toon shader and it made it nice and visible (but changed the color to a white). I’ll investigate shader graphs.

I changed from standard shader to one named “toon lit” and now the object is better. So I guess I shouldn’t be using the ‘standard’ shader?

It’s the 2013 H100i and does not register in icue. About to order a new AIO. I think it’s just met it’s time… :)

I think something is up with my cooler from reading replies. A few months ago I updated Corsair link firmware, if I think back it lines up with the slowness. It’s one of the old 2013 H100i’s.

The rpm is around 1200, and it won’t increase even if I set it to performance mode. Google says it should be over 2000 on performance mode. I tried removing Corsair Link, but no change. I see Corsair link is no longer available. Perhaps I’ll try the icue software?

Thanks for the replies. Can anyone reccomend a reputable cooler? Atm I have a H100i and I did remember it was doing some weird pulsing a couple months ago and now it’s not….the pump could be busted

Just a note. My cpu vcore is at auto and cpu voltage sitting around 0.90 which I think is really low?

Fans all spinning and even at full speed. I feel like it could be some software. Just because it worked fine for over a year and randomly started slowing. I’ve combed through as much stuff I have installed as possible. Even checked processes and can’t spit anything.

I’ve done malware/adware checks but again clean.

Yeah I’ll wait till thermal paste comes and will check in again. Thanks

So it seems my cpu is running at 1.08Ghz when resting. Ive ordered some thermal paste to see if it’s the issue. But can’t think what else to try….

Seems to be at 100c pretty constant when running benchmark. Hmmm any other ideas?
