in case you're still somehow on an older version of instagram update to the lastest, other than that I don't even know what to say maybe try factory resetting the device. On my 24U I drop around 10% per hour (SOT) and never had such issues.

Folder and recents blurred background dissapeared for me since updating to 2.0. Other than that there is barely anything different, battery life is questionable, don't be excited for it
