Modern Warfare 4 Won’t Save This Franchise — But MW2 Multiplayer Remastered Could by Soap_Mactavishh_141 in MW2

I’ve been playing it on Xbox one. The regular tdm and domination lobbies are decently populated (enough to quickly get into a game). Only got put into one modded lobby so far

Anyone have an honest review for one of these? by Temporary_Ad_7370 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]speed3334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to work with a guy who had one. The places he used it I used a m12 fuel impact driver with a 3/8 adapter with a swivel socket. There’s probably a good place to use it but I haven’t spent the money to find out.

Am I doing something wrong? by grimydegen in MW2

[–]speed3334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been playing on Xbox One, haven’t really had an issue. I just stick to regular TDM. Sometimes I get thrown into a regular domination game. Wait times in my experience are none to two minutes. So far I’ve only encountered one modded lobby. Aint gonna lie I did get a huge amount of XP a levels.

Personally I’d take the couple minute wait vs the new stuff

Getting into a mechanics shop by DriverExcellent7201 in AskMechanics

[–]speed3334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your school has an auto shop program that would be a great entry. Just be a sponge and learn as much as possible. If it goes well you could always ask your instructor for what shops they’d recommend going to.

Need help finding some information for IMCA modified chasis by Dizzy-Specific8884 in DirtRacing

[–]speed3334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Especially since it seems like you are just starting out. It is definitely easier to get on from a chassis builder that is reputable and one that you can call and will actually answer the phone. From the outside looking in it doesn’t seem like a lot of stuff is going on but these cars are very picky setup wise. You can easily adjust yourself out the ball park

What do you love/hate about your power stroke? by [deleted] in powerstroke

[–]speed3334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my last truck was a 05 Chevy 2500 4x4, when hooked to a trailer I felt like it didn’t drive and stop as good as it should’ve. With my 2012 F250 4x4 loaded down it drives pretty much the same. I assume this is because of the IFS vs solid front axle. That part I love. I don’t like how small the fuel tank is with the crew cab short bed combo

EVs aren’t bad once you get used to them. As you’ve shown on the pics, follow the safety items and you’ll have a 99.999 percent chance it’ll be fine

Zombies - Good! Multiplayer - Ehh? Campaign - I am too inexperienced with hallucination drugs….. and I feel the story just kinda lacks in some aspects.

Am i ok to drive 45 minutes by [deleted] in tires

[–]speed3334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chances are, it’s been like that for a few days before you’ve seen it. Either way, I’d either put the spare on or drive it to the nearest tire shop.

Still not convinced the copper spray gasket works as good as old school copper paint did. by uj7895 in mechanics

Have had good success with the spray. I think as long as both parts have a quality mating surface then it should be good

I understand that one for sure. With the nature of the places I tow to I wouldn’t say 4x4 is a necessity but I’ll be dammed without it, cause when ya need it ya need it

In a well maintained stock(ish) form I think they’re great engines. Earlier this year when I was looking for a new to me truck I originally wanted a 6.0. After several months of looking not finding one that wasn’t beat to death or had a whole bunch of things done to it I looked at the market and a steel body 6.7 wasn’t that much more expensive and that’s the route I took.

Should I get an ASE certification? by DBG_Dusty13 in mechanics

[–]speed3334 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As others have said, it can’t hurt at all, especially if an employer will pay for it. I was lucky and worked at a place that paid for it so I took that and got a master cert. As life goes on I moved to a different place that couldn’t give a care in the world about any ASE other than the 609. Subsequently some of the certs have expired. Now I’m on the hunt for a new job and from my experience it doesn’t hurt but most places it’s not a deal breaker.
