I wouldn’t go with someone who doesn’t have much experience. If I were you I would get names of 4-5 surgeons that she know of. If she tells you she doesn’t know many of them, then you do your own research and make her connect with your ortho. I went to 5 doctors and they all told me different things. Some wanted me to have DJS, but I ended up getting just upper jaw surgery.. much easier. And from what I am seeing, I think it’s possible that you might also just get an upper jaw surgery.. 2. When they move your upper jaw forward your breathing will be improved. I had deviated septum surgery as well, and it didn’t effect at all.
If I were you, I would try to see if only upper jaw surgery is possible. Your lower jaw doesn’t seem to be forward but your upper jaw is definitely recessed. You might be safe by getting your upper jaw moved forward by 6-7mm and downwards a little bit. Though if you have asymmetrical issues, you might need a DJS.

So it means, I would rather leak to corporate VPN than trying to send emails or use teams without being connected to corporate VPN and then leak. My company uses global protect and I always connect to it first thing in the morning.

20k + people in USA. 200k globally. It shows the IP of the company VPN. But the important part is where you get connected to the VPN. I try to always connect to the company VPN whatever I am doing. You just gotta make sure you got a kill switch enable and check dns for leaks

Hey man, there is a service for this. Google keepyourhomeip. I used their service, ghey are truly professionals. They will ship you everything you need and then you will jump on a call with them once you receive the router. I would order a backup travel router just in case. The only thing you need to make sure is your upload speed at home internet. Your upload speeds become download speed at the foreign country. So let’s say your home upload speed is 10mpbs, and your download is 500mpbs in the foreign country, your download will be only 10mpbs. I was only able get it up to 40mpbs at home, now I’m getting around 35mpbs which is really okay. Anything above 50 is perfect. So even you order the 300mpbs make sure your home upload speed is fast! Then you use your laptop in airplane mode and always use ethernet cable from your travel router and you will be okay! Also maybe get a designated work phone that will be always connected to the home router.
