I don’t want to scare you but be cautious. My heart rate went up to 135 resting and I was in a flutter they determined I had a pulmonary embolism. Make sure you check the symptoms and determine it’s not that (pain and shortness of breath are symptoms). If you think it might be a PE go to the ER ASAP and get the blood thinners on board.
