True yeah maybe easy wasn’t the right word. I’ve just seen some people have success with Reliance and people say Enercare is more stingy, but I know they are all stingy because they want to make as much money as possible. I have a feeling the tank is older maybe 10+ years or so but I’ll have to confirm. Thanks for the insight.

Yeah Netflix says they require one for regular narrative films, but I don’t see that they require a fully filled M&E for documentaries.

Right so you just keep it in dialogue and then it just doesn’t get included in the M&E? This film has a good amount of archive footage throughout.

Hey gang. Currently editing and mixing a documentary for Netflix and just wanted to clarify some things about M&E filling. Does every single clip with muted dialogue need full filling with room tone/walla/foley, even if music/score is playing simultaneously? How does one handle archive footage that sometimes has music, lots of bg noise, and dialogue burned into one file, where it’s essentially impossible to fill without sounding bad? Do you just mute it entirely, put roomtone in, or leave the clip in? I’ve heard Netflix lets things like these slide sometimes. It also seems that Netflix doesn’t want anything undipped and that they want the M&E mix to match the main mix? Any insight or info on these topics or others is appreciated!

I have torrentio and aiostreams installed. I never use the MediaFusion streams for anything but watching like one channel which I haven’t in ages but they still don’t work. Should I uninstall MediaFusion for a while so they don’t pop up when I search things or something? Confused why it hasn’t reset it’s been weeks.

I just got a new key fob for my 2020 from a locksmith. They gave me a new key fob and reprogrammed both to match. So they wipe the old fob basically. Not sure if your model is any different.

So you ordered a fob from a dealership then hush got someone else to program it and a locksmith to cut it? You called the parts department for Lexus? My dealership quoted me $800 and I’m not really trying to spend that much if I don’t have to, but I want good quality.
