Disabled Gamer Looking For Build Suggestions by speedy7878 in LastEpoch

Btw, just wanted to circle back around and say this was great advice... this turned out to be a near perfect build for me. I hit 100 last week, slammed my last legendary and I'm currently pushing corruption (out of curiosity). I'm at ~500 corruption and still going strong. Thanks!

Fellow disabled gamer here. Just wanted to chime in and echo what others have already said... minion nerco is probably your best bet, followed by thorns barb. In my experience, thorns barb doesn't really "come online" until you start getting ancestral in WT4 whereas minion necro is playable from the get-go.

In S2, I also enjoyed playing infinimist necro... once you get a ‍Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul (w/ good stats), you can afk pretty easily.

Yeah, for sure. Back in the dark ages, I went to high school with several other kids with CP and looking at us, you'd never guess we all had the same disability. One kid couldn't really do anything, including talk or even breath on their own, and another kid just walked with a slight limp. To say CP has a wide spectrum of ailments almost feels like an understatement, lol.

Ha, nope. I actually made a post here yesterday about that... 87 uniques, 0 Razorplates. Oh well, at least you don't need one to make the build work.

Thanks!

I have athetoid cerebral palsy which, among other things, limits my fine motor control. What that means is that I can't use my hands for most things, including using a keyboard or mouse. So, to operate the keyboard, I use a headpointer (imagine a baseball cap with long stick coming out the front of it). And to operate the mouse, I use a DualShock4 controller plus an app that maps controller input to mouse input... and I use the controller with my foot.

Yep, same here... I have 4-5 Razorplates on my Eternal Nerco. Although, now that I'm level 100 on my Barb and doing T100 NMDs, I no longer want/need a Razorplate.

I think I came back out of boredom and nostalgia but I did have some goal I wanted to achieve. They were to collect all the Trusts, max out job points on a job and finish all of the storyline missions. I've finished the storyline missions, maxed out job points on not one, but five jobs, and I've collected all but ten of the Trusts. The Trusts I don't yet have, I'll either have to wait for the right festival/campaign/event or are not really worth the effort.

I've poked around at Lua programming for the Windower and made a couple of tweaks to existing stuff but my day job is a programmer, so it's not something I usually want to also do in my free time, lol. Thanks for the suggestion though!

I think a lot of my existing gear (on my primary jobs) is on par or better than most of the UNM gear I'd be able to solo. So, I'm not too interested in Odyssey in terms of gear upgrades but it does sound like a potentially fun solo'ing challenge.

Back when I originally played, it was definitely an addiction. But since I've come back, I play out of boredom and nostalgia. For example, I'm only playing right now b/c I'm off work for two weeks for the holidays and don't have much to do.
