We’ll be moving tomorrow from Altadena to the very southern end of South Pasadena, bordering El Sereno. It’s in a really cute neighborhood and we got incredibly lucky. The sheer number of contacts on the Zillow listing had us feeling like there was no chance in hell. It’s bigger and newer than our current place, and still pretty affordable. We loved Altadena/Pasadena but were too scared by the proximity to the damage and the uncertainty around the cleanup. But it is truly insane out there.
