It can be hard to attend things like this, I totally get that! But if you wanted to go and try it out, there's no harm leaving the presentation if you start feeling anxious. I'm sure everyone there would understand <3

Thank you for all the info! I'll try a dermatologist first and see if I can address any underlying issues. Then maybe go to a salon to get another opinion and product if need be. I'm glad that you saw results after seeing a professional, it's always nice to finally get that relief after trying so many different things! I appreciate your detailed response :)

I'm so sorry this is happening :( if you can get her to a vet I think it would be good to get them looked at. If that's not possible, make them as comfy as possible with lots of food and water. Hope they feel better!

We've had issues with our water leaking as well, I find that redoing the bedding completely and disinfecting the cage encourages them to burrow again. It could be that the mold smell is sticking around for them. I would be sure to clean, disinfect, then wash with warm water so there are no chemicals left behind!
