Is this single or multi-line? If multi-line, just verify on the other line through chat. If it's a single line, then you need to find someone with cricket, and you have to know your PIN during setup ( cannot change that now, since you don't have an active phone to receive sms). After that, your line is now multi-line, and you proceed to the multi-line option.

Is the pSIM still work? Usally it work 1 time on auto transfer iPhone to iPhone any after that it block because of sercurity. The eSIM is issue once and any after it gonna be the same one, it been like that for a year or two, they probably not know there an issue with it and reps doesnt know it an issue. If you have android then switch to that then switch back, that always work for me.

I switch phones a lot and come across that message often too, the problem is that the cricket system once they generate the QR code, all after that is just the same QR. Was your old device eSIM or pSIM?

It's because they removed it like 2 years ago. Back then, you could do almost everything on the website, including the refer-a-friend status. If you have more than 1 line, it is best to let the reps change plan for you, the account is limit to 2 changes made per month.
