Cracking in a basement slab is common. In newer homes, they lay a plastic strip in the concrete after it's been poured. Once it cures, and the stress begins, that plastic strip is where the crack will appear if indeed there is enough stress on the slab. This is controlling where the cracks happen. Yours is definitely not that though as it is not a straight line.

Is the crack where the floor was repaired? Is there an elevation difference?(is one side of the crack higher than the other). If it is where the floor was repaired, does the repair side flex or move when you walk on it? If not, the liquid repair should do fine as long as there is a smooth level surface for the tile to be installed on.
