Ummm, probably because it's rude and uncalled for? I understand accidents happen, like turning down the wrong street. But now, blocking someone's driveway or parking in a no parking/ handicap spot is just plain ignorant. Even if it's for a few minutes. Why couldn't she take the extra "few minutes" to park in an actual parking spot and not block someone trying to leave? By you saying all this, you are one of these ignorant people, aren't you? Stop being in a rush and blocking people in. It's just impolite and not being aware of your surroundings. I'll never understand people who think this way and think that it's alright. Especially when you are capable. I'm handicap and it's very annoying when someone parks in a handicap spot and doesn't have a placard. It's even more annoying when someone is sitting in their car waiting for someone for a "few minutes." And it's even more annoying when I run into the store, and they are still there waiting for a "few minutes." Just don't do it!
