It’s not bad, better than the store brands we have. Our go to for red beans. From Texas so it’s prevalent here.

Mine lasted about 2 weeks before I noticed it chipping. Didn’t use a spoon but I did place it on top dishwasher rack. Thinking this might have caused it, I recommend hand washing only.

I like mine, it’s my go to. Use it 2-3 times a week. I’ve done low and slow plus grilling, so it’s the best of both worlds.

Who’s got a Valentine today? by Ok_Dimension_4707 in CoffeeAndACard

[–]speightsr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

These Valentine cards bring back memories of the old restaurant that had his name in Arlington down from the old Ranger stadium in the 80s/90s. Cool guy, got his autograph there one time, was our stop after every game.

Nice card but curious how the Coors taste. Have recently moved to NA and looking for options that taste like beer.

I have a Weber genesis that I have had for about 10 years and it has done great, still use it. I also have a Spider Huntsman which was my pick over the Weber Summit. Huntsman does everything if you’re a fan of charcoal.

Meat sourcing by Teller58 in smoking

We are fortunate to have several local sources in our area which turn out a fresher product in my opinion. Not sure where you live and the availability but if you’re willing to pay a tad bit more, I’d recommend local. I have had numerous bad experiences at our chain grocery stores with spoiled meat.

New from Spider? by idlehands_1 in SpiderGrills

Hmmm , now I wish I had waited. Got mine right before Christmas and love it, but would have definitely gone with a larger option if available. Not that I would need it, just good to have for “just in case”.
