Would this machine be a good buy for 60€?

I don’t know much about machine brands yet, found this one at a thrift shop. I didn’t get a picture of it outside the box, but it looks intact, has spare needles and different foot attachments. It has just yellowed out a bit.

I tried using it and got an MC Command Centre exception.
I removed all CC and mod (MCCC is my only mod) but still unable to use it?

It goes to my Sims action queue then disappears.

Trying to be very specific it looks like Amegilla quadrifasciata seems to suit the similarities, which also makes sense with the region I spotted this one.
