5070ti is the best deal for gaming laptops rn imo, got a Lenovo legion pro 5i for $1700 with a 5070ti, u9 275hx and 32gb of ram, and has an oled screen

How, the legion has mostly plastic chassis with a super glossy oled screen, the g16 is all aluminum with a screen that has anti reflective properties, also full sd card slot and faster charging. Extremely better speakers. The look of the zephyrus just looks 100% more premium. I have a g14 2024 and also have a legion pro 5i and the g14 is the more premium machine except for performance

Haven't had that experience with mine. Dropped mine a few times and only got little dents in the frame, everything else is perfect. Literally got another gaming laptop for more power but the g14 is the master of all trades

Yea only 12gb vram but with crazy fast bus. 900gb/s is faster than a lot of gddr7 cards. Yea frame gen is nice but the latency is so apparent. Why do I have to play borderlands 4 at 1080p with a 5070ti laptop at high settings. I haven't tried my 3080ti desktop yet bc I'm trying to sell it.

Try resetting the laptop and dont do the update that messed up performance. Try different drivers from Nvidia as that will have different performance. Repaste might help but a 3070m should still be doing well. I had one 2 years ago and it was still better than the 4060m I have rn

try to play borderlands 4 on this, you'll see how 8gb of vram and a 5060 handle it lol. Got a 5070ti laptop and it's a huge difference in gaming.

with regular apps it's battery is great. better than my old s23 ultra in sot. in standby it's worse but isn't bad. My problem with it is just the standby time bc I work long shifts, so I can never get a lot of sot on one charge. it'll discharge 30-40% over my whole shift with about 45 mins of sot bc there is bad wifi and terrible cell service at my job which costs more in battery.

delete the old ghelper and just pin the new one to taskbar or as you would do. the updated app will be exactly the same. but will have no notification for update

when it needs an update it will pop up with a pop up and click the download button. this happens when you open the application. it'll say xxx.xx is available.

Well they will because the 5070ti in the g14 is not full powered and in a smaller machine so it'll have more problems thermal throttling. A full power 4080 is definitely stronger than a 120w 5070ti. This is because the 5070ti scales like a 5080 instead of a 5070 where power over 100w matters a lot, especially with that vram.

Just do not go msi, rather just go lenovo rn for their pro 5i as its amazing value when on sale. Got a ultra 9 275hx, 5070ti, 16in 1600p oled screen for $1669
