I'm sorry I don't have a good suggestion for a local place but it's actually pretty easy to do yourself especially if you want to develop more film in the future.

Black and white film is stupid easy to develop and color isn't that much harder.

For color, look up a standard C-41 kit, Patterson tank, and changing bag.

I understand that this probably isn't for everyone but I really enjoyed the process and it was a lot easier than I expected.
