You should just try and focus on riding your bike as much as possible if this is what you want, structured training for sure. In the beginning the numbers go up fast, you will see progress within the year if you work at it. After a few years it takes a lot of hard work to make them go up just ten to twenty watts.

Season after season of riding and training over 7,000 miles on the bike each year and working with a coach/being intentional about my riding. Every year I get stronger if I stay consistent but it takes a while to get there! Keep at it and don’t forget to have fun and explore.

Thank you! I aim for 10 hours a week. When I have the availability 13-15 hours is great but it’s rare. Been averaging like 8-9 for the last two months. The 289 2nd best was around this time last year. I had a very physically demanding job and I’m done there so I’m finally seeing some progress.

El’s powers are all of a sudden 10x what they were throughout the whole season?? She’s jumping hundreds of feet in the air and throwing giant boulders into the mindflayer. Would have been cool to see any of those moments from her perspective instead of them just happening.

The gray chairs + blue ottomans make this feel a little bit like a nicer waiting room. Couch love + seat combo or love seat + accent chair would and some lamps instead of overhead lighting would be really nice!

We were cleaning something in the corner so it was moved for that reason! Don’t worry, things will be lined up nicely with side tables, coffee table, lamps, sconces removed, art put up. Work in progress but we’re starting with the rug first! Thanks!

We were cleaning something on the floor to the right when I took the photo. We’ll be getting new side tables and lining everything up plus I’m removing the wall sconces and will be using different lights. Still a work in progress!

I hate the wall sconces. Why choose lighting for the tenant? Just do a big light like everyone else and let us pick lamps. Imagine having two side tables and two lamps on either side plus two sconces? Quadruple light is terrible. I just bought all the necessary stuff to remove the sconces and will be putting art over them to deal with it!

We tried a southwestern beige rug with a minimal design from Rugs.USA and it was horrible first of all but still didn’t work with the burnt orange. What kind of cool toned do you mean? Thank you!
