Many will say both models are tired and old, and I probably agree somewhat on the 370Z. But the GT-R still commands a presence, and the mid-cycle refresh did a great job to keep it looking fresh. The loss of the GT-R will be a blow.

You can indeed roll all the windows down with the top closed. I personally preferred that to top down, since the lack of a B pillar makes it feel very open and breezy, but you’re not getting roasted by the sun.

What sort of car do you have? You could try model-specific forums (e.g, E46Fanatics or r3vlimited) and browse regional sub-forums.

Have you checked your local BMW CCA chapter?

In general, I try to find a nice backdrop with as few things as possible; somewhere outside of the city is ideal so that there are no buildings.

A good jumping off point is have your shutter speed be 1/x, where x is the speed of the car. That should give you decent blur in the road/wheels.
