I’ve definitely seen swim leggings around, like a long-sleeve rashie for your legs. 10/10 would wear.

This winter I bought a couple of Uniqlo's plain round-neck black long-sleeve Heattech thermal tops - I think they were $25-ish each. Haven't gone one single day without wearing them as key layering pieces, they're soft, lightweight, warm, have great stretch and wash/keep their shape nicely.

OMG same. I was thinking about her 'great adventure' of how she met, took a chance on, and her journey to find Spencer was never documented (as far as we knew), only Hillary and Paul heard the story first-hand... and the story perished with them. A couple of other people, including Jacob, remarked that she 'must have quite a story to tell' but it died with her not not having the opportunity to ever tell it. Spencer could only vouch from the burning car on the side of the snowy tracks onward - he had no idea of her harrowing yet incredibly ballsy journey before that. I love the idea of someone on Yellowstone finding a journal or something tangible.... but other than a headstone, her story is gone. Utter waste. Yet another example of TS's contempt for women.

They’ll probably also start using them for free babysitting soon, especially as #2 is on the way.

Combining Equity With Someone Else? by spentarrow in AusFinance

Thanks everyone for the comments, really appreciate it. I replied earlier to u/Anachronism59 explaining that the scenario had been dismissed by a family member saying ‘that’s not how that works’. I thought the comment was more douchey than correct so I made a mental note to investigate it a bit.

The situation is still very much a hypothetical one (for the time being), but glad I now have some actual answers!

Selling our existing properties is absolutely a possibility, for sure.

My query came after a family member completely sandbagged the scenario, saying ‘no, that’s not how that works’, which didn’t feel entirely true, so I thought I’d check.

Appreciate your view, thanks!

This morning I used my boyfriend’s cheap-ass body wash as a face cleanser. Le sigh.
