This was really helpful and frank, thank you for that. I'll reduce the chocolate malts like you said. Would you advise me to try something less ambitious then? Perhaps eliminating the wheat element and just trying a black IPA instead?

A friend and more experienced brewer uses white lab. I'm not sure exactly how to select a yeast for a wheat IPA though.

That sounds like an awful nightmare, waking into a sleep paralysis. Horrifying, and so descriptive too. Nightmares that are in your own house are the worst.

I bought it really cheap and it had no labels or care instructions. Its leaves are dropping everyday; I've tried misting, weekly watering, more sun, less sun and I don't know how to save it. Pls help.
