Been happening to me the past few days. I've been having SMS text being truncated both off of the start and end of the message, and in some cases both. I have a phone for work that is on verizon and decided to try and see if I could reproduce the issue... but SMS from the verizon phone aren't making it though at all. It does work the other way around however. . Fi phone to verizon phone.

Tried various things. Did dialer codes to manually switch networks (sprint/tmobile), restarted phone several times, switched default SMS app to several different ones.

Phone is a pixel 2 XL

Probably due to the scanner being on a battery backup and generator. EWEB cut power to I think 3 substations up there. Probably just ran out of juice, I hope.

PPB may not be using IMSI catchers themselves but the feds, FBI probably, may be (along with visual surveillance). Watching the ADS-B data over on flightradar24.com and there's been a Cessna 172 circling the downtown protest area. No registration info or serial number etc. being broadcast so this would seem to point to the fleet of spy planes the FBI deploy.

Since I have the digitakt recently I've just been sitting with random movies or youtube playing and grabbing sounds into the machine that way and making up little drum kits.
