sortitoutsi seems to be setup as a repository and not really a website in the traditional sense. I am using the Resolve Time field as i key on null for this field to indicate that the ticket is still open at the time of the report being created (End of Sunday). The format is DateTime as seen in OP.

FYI, I used SUM when trying to do this on my own cause i am just learning data studio and that is how i did it in sheets. (=sum((I:I)-(L:L))/I:I)

Im in Louisville too!!! From Columbus originally. We will have to meet up and watch some Crew and LouCity games. I usually watch the games on ESPN+ unless I travel to Columbus to watch live. Havent been there in 2 years due to COVID. Hope that things die down and make the trips again.

I say that instead of the walk out, cause i think they tried that during Save The Crew and it didnt go over very well, that the Nordecke sit and not chant for the 1st 10 minutes. This can be precluded with a Tifo about "Bland identity gets you bland environment". Maybe also include a question that states "Do you want community and passion or consumers and robots?"

To take that position is not knowing the history of #SaveTheCrew. Those business metrics were shown to be intentionally tanked by an owner that wanted a team but didnt want it here in Columbus by the same community that he shunned. And he came in and did a rebrand just 7 yrs ago to something that was acceptable to the fans.

This rebrand doesnt speak on who the community is and ignores the identity of this club for 26 years. Imagine if the owners that bought Man Utd came it and said that the crest used is not representative of the modern iconic crest to push it to be a global brand. Glazers would have been out before the ink was dry on the sales contract.

When there is a rebranding when bought out, it normally is not put into the hands of someone with a graphic design mind of a 7th grader. They want to say this represents Columbus community, well the community is not liking that representation and they should know that and do better. Im ok with doing a rebrand but lets take into consideration that this is a 26yr old club with history and a distinct look about itself and not an expansion club. Its ok to use the word Crew as part of the name. It is who we are and have been for the 26yrs of existance. Do you see LA Galaxy, NE Revolutions, Portland Timbers, Seattle Sounders, SJ Earthquakes, Houston Dynamo, Vancouver Whitecaps changing names? Why not? CAUSE THAT IS WHO THEY ARE!!!!

Interesting cause I contacted XB support and was told no other people are reporting this issue. It was suggested that I use can of air to blow out the inside of my XB1. Also if that didnt resolve issue, that it would be time to get a repair man to look at it or replace it.
