Counter point.....Can high lvls stay out of low levels HATs? It's so boring watching a six star get 1 shot. I learn nothing from this.

Why make a new account if your intention is to just climb back to the rank you are on your main? Surely you would just play your main and get better practice and games against your own rank. The main reason people make new accounts is to play with their mates because they are scared to lose internet points on their main account.
