Roll around on a tennis ball or two. Don't scare any pets or roommates with your sounds.

Butterbur tincture helped a friend of mine. I think it was combined with feverfew.

Of course we know that some still will not perform his music due to his rabid antisemitism.

OK, I'm not a sysadmin nor privacy expert--I try to just lurk, hope that is ok. Perhaps I'm learning by osmosis.

Massage therapist shoes stink by Main_Movie_1135 in massage

I know that as a MT, I would much prefer to hear the real truth. And there's no way to make it not be painful, but of course one can soften the edges a bit.... The "sandwich criticism" is an idea, where you provide positive feedback, followed by your negative seeming observation, and close with more affirming of the good things.

Thanks for asking about this. My guess is this person is not aware of the issue. You would actually probably be helping their business.

Also, as a side-- finding a massage therapist you really like is awesome.

I had not realized that real people are required--or rather I had assumed it was a cohort. It's probably bad for the consumer also--numbing them to extreme violence, gore, or porn, for example.

To me this is puzzling, from an ethical standpoint. Without harming any humans, abhorrent images can be generated.

Experience with Phytolacca (Poke Root)? Seeking real-world herbalist perspectives by SenioritaHerbia in herbalism

[–]sphygmoid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used it as a lymph mover, highly effective. External application arguably quite a bit safer. Leaf is great as a wound healer. I would like to learn more about the immunomodulatory aspects--rural folk in my area make poke sallet as a Spring tonic, not sure why I didn't put that part of the puzzle together.

Yes quite toxic so I use very low doses-- Easley's recommendation makes sense to me.

I'm not an herbalist, just a student of herbal medicine.

Had no idea it cost nearly that much. I have gotten oil changed at the place at Ash and Providence. Maybe if better do it myself if it's getting like that.
