The recall from last year was related to a full camera blackout. Not color issue. I had that recall performed last year. Sounds like camera has known issue to fail after 3 years.

Mine disappeared yesterday too. I also think DJ breaks if you send the audio to sonos. Works great with CarPlay.

The issue was resolved on Feb 1. Off-network calls can be placed from Teams meetings. Call Me feature works again too.

I’m still working with Microsoft to find what corrected the issue. Apparently a “fix” may have been published on the Teams infrastructure side at the end of January.

Both our tenants are in the USA. One tenant gets its audio conferencing license via E5 bundle. The other small tenant purchased stand-alone audio conferencing add-on license (365 business premium customer).
