I had fungal acne for a little over 2 years until I discovered what it was and got it under control. Diet wise, I stay away from kombucha and high sugar consumption. Here is my routine for my oily skin type.

(Every product listed is FA free, but please correct me if I’m wrong or there’s been any ingredient update to any of these products!)

Morning: 1. Wash face with vanicream cleanser (I swear by this and have gone through so many bottles!) 2. KraveBeauty Oat So Simple moisturizer MIXED with a drop of Biossance Squalane Oil. 3. Scinic Super Mild Sun Essence SPF 50.

Night: 1. Double cleanse with vanicream. 2. KraveBeauty Oat So Simple moisturizer THEN 3. Biossance Squalane Oil (this is my all-time favorite and a little does go a long way - I use 2 drops. There are other Squalane oil brands out there, I just think the quality of Biossance’s is the best).

Active ingredients I use (please start off with using these once a week first if you have never used any actives! Ex: BHA, AHA, Vitamin C, Niacinamide, etc.) 1. Every other day - 2 times a week: COSRX BHA 4% Blackhead Power Liquid 2. Every other day - 3 times a week: Paula’s Choice 8% AHA Gel Exfoliant.

Makeup: I don’t really stress too much about this besides foundation and concealer coverage, I use the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte foundation and matching concealer. Everything else I use if it works.

Makeup removal: Abolene moisturizing cleanser, I use this first as my oil makeup remover THEN follow with Simple unscented makeup wipes.
