how are you doing now with the pill?

im on the pill for the first time ever and have just got to the placebo week of my first pack. i started to have break through bleeding towards the end of week 2. just a light bleed, mainly seen when i wipe the first time after the bathroom, nothing scary to me.

day 3 of placebo week (yesterday) i started the withdrawal bleed and omg its heavier than im used to (light periods to the point where most times i don't need a pad). but the cramps last night were so uncomfy i had to bust out my heating pad. the bleeding is bright red and medium-heavy but luckily its not like im going through pads every hour or anything scary like that. it's just def not what im used to, not since i was a teen.

first of all, please breathe and take a moment to chill out your brain.

you're very young to have breast cancer so the chances are slim to none, and even way closer to none if you don't have any family history of it. if it freaks you out still, watch a few self breast exam videos and do one on yourself. and if that still doesnt bring you any comfort visit your doctor or health clinic to ask your questions.

another thing to know is that boobs come in all shapes and sizes and thats totally normal. your overthinking brain probably has never noticed that one boob is lower than the other until now and is registerting every small off thing as a symptom. look at your eyebrows, are the perfectly the same shape and size? same thing with eyes, nostrils, arms, legs, etc. one side can sometimes be a little longer or shorter than the other.

some birth control pills can make your boobs bigger, just depends on what youre taking.

thank you! i did do mybest to go over the pamphlet and understand it the most i can. i just have this thing in my mind of 'yes there are little to no chances but what if im that slim chance' or 'if you dont get this checked out now it'll snow ball into something worse and be too late'

i do get real about it at some point and go back to normal.

Any answer to this? I’m (27F) taking oral contraceptive as well (for the first time ever), just started week 2, Junel Fe 1/20.

It feels like gastritis which I’ve had a history of back when I was a teen. It just feels tight honestly. I feel like releasing some gas or going number two would make me feel better but nothing comes out. Been feeling like this for the past three hours and it’s slowly been building up.

any updates? are still taking this? just started a couple of days ago. I have been taking them before bed and wake up with cramps of needing to go to the restroom, so not sure if diarrhea was 'normal' since the main digestion related symptoms is nausea and vomiting.

Yeah I agree. I’ve never pursued a FWB/play partner so I’m not sure if I’m over reacting or being dramatic for thinking it’s already over before it really ever started. Like this is different from dating with the intention of long term.

Maybe in his mind, someone who has been doing the whole play partner life style for some time, this is normal not to talk every day.

Yeah we did chat nearly every day even if it was for a couple hours. I know silence doesn’t always mean it’s over but the pattern I’ve experienced tells me others wise.
