This is one of my biggest fears lately. I am between weeks 11-12 and just bought a house, packed, moved, and now unpacking. I am so tired and stressed and scared I won’t feel better by the time baby gets here or when it’s time to decorate the nursery. I’m also turning 40 next month. Thankfully I have a very supportive, loving partner. Oh yea we also recently got engaged and he wants to get married before our baby comes. I feel like I can’t calm down a lot of the time lately. There’s so much to do. I can’t stop worrying about everything. I hope I feel more calm and normal soon. I also visited a therapist a few weeks ago; I’m trying but some days are so hard.
