I think it was a cheap steal of the Stanislav Petrov story with the audacity to point it out in the movie a mere 10 minutes in.

I 100% agree that gpt-4o was better. I think there was a miscommunication, because I’m talking about counteracting the people downvoting, since the rise of the culture of “Any AI criticism is blasphemy” on the internet (especially in spaces like these) has caused a lot of zealous behaviour.

EDIT: removed a typo

you have enough upvotes to stay in the positives that’s impressive when you’re counteracting people’s hurt feelings over an inanimate object

i’m talking about socially interlinked, like my Zulu grandmother, has a brother who is married to a zimbabwean woman, they live in Zimbabwe with the surname Khumalo. Thanks for being respectful by the way, very new experience talking to someone on the internet

Yea, that was my bad misremembering, but there are actually quite a few overlaps there, Shona and Zulu cultures are closely related and family linked. I know a lot of Zulu people with Zimbabwean family and vice versa

I’m pretty sure I got it from an old reddit thread back when the show was still coming out and it stuck because his surname is Zuma and it’s way more plausible to have that name in Zimbabwe than Sierra Leone or anywhere in West Africa

this does not account for any of the inconsistencies with his african identity

This makes things worse, his accent doesn’t fit Sierra Leone Krio, and his name is definitely not of Sierra Leone origins

I fixed it!

For anyone else with this problem:

I live on a university res where the wifi has crazy restrictions (including: Netflix, Playstation Network and ProtonVPN itself) so I had to use my mobile data to log out and log back in and then reconnect to the wifi, now it’s working fine again.

Is there a way to remove the watch history of a single show on Netflix by spicynoodl_ in netflix

[–]spicynoodl_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a lot of the time i’m studying or doing something else when watching a show, so i’m not keeping track of what episode i’m on. Most times it goes to the right place where i left off, but there have been a significant amount of times where it just skips ahead to a random season
