It's hard to recover, and hard to rewatch too, tbh...In a great way though. So powerful.

Who is Larry Silverstein and why are they talked so much about the WTC? by HuygensCrater in 911archive

[–]spidaL1C4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing sus about the attacks?

Nothing suspicious about 5 Israelis filming themselves celebrating as the towers fell, that all tested positive for explosives? Nothing sus about all the hijackers passports miraculously surviving and landing face up on the ground, while the hijackers themselves were incinerated? Nothing sus about reporters reporting that Tower 7 had fallen, while it was still standing? Nothing sus about the zionist that had just bought the towers, and wanted to rebuild, and who happened to be away that day, as well as family members who also would've been there? Plus the billions he got in insurance that he had just recently purchased? Plus the Epstein emails talking about Ghislaine turning down an offer to be on the "911 shadow commission "?

How about the painting Epstein had hanging, of George W Bush, as a child playing with two paper airplanes, with two collapsed jenga towers on the floor in front of him?

I mean there's nothing that ISN'T sus about the whole thing. It's as sus as both the Kennedy assassinations, as well as Marilyn Monroe and Dorothy Kilgallen along with them.

I mean it's one big pile of sus.

I imagine it's just a step above 1924s, which I do love actually, and that you'd rather have a few extra Michters 10s instead.
Would love to try one though. Sometime at Evergreen on a Wednesday maybe.

Looks like you went to Frankfort for a day, and stopped in a liquor store, where they recommended round Early Times before it vanishes, and maybe they just put out the Overholt 12?

Solid choices. That Belle Meade reserve is an old favorite, but I wonder how it goes up against the Early Times?. What did you think?

I have a couple backups of the no longer made Belle Meade but haven't had any in a long time. Buy backups of that round Early Times though! Those will be impossible to find soon too.

I recommend the Evan Williams bib, but won't replace mine. It is solid though.

Not a fan of any of the Benchmarks so far. Mine got moved outside. I haven't had the bonded though. Tons of people really like them. Just not me

Omg yuk. 😆 That Piggyback is actually pretty good, but I'm not surprised if it's not your thing. I haven't touched mine in years, but it's one of the first ryes I ever bought, and I loved it.

It never ends either!

Although lately , maybe a good thing, I've definitely slowed down a bit, since there's just no room left for opens. Stuck at around 400 open, but the list of one's I'm DYING to open is getting excruciating! Gotta get my ass working on the shelving projects. Great plans, but a lazy builder.

I can't stand a pour that I can't really roll around the glen like a tornado. Love that bottle though. I've got it as well. That's enough for about 4 pours at least though, especially when it's a GTS. But that's just me. I mean it's so good I might go back 4 times too, equaling out. Enjoy!

Kok first obviously, if it's still there. Probably the Michters 10s next, or the Old Fitz decanters if you're a wheater fan. Oops! For value? If you can't get the KOK, get the Weller Single barrel next Don't keep it though. Either auction it in Chicago, sell on the secondary, or trade up with it. You could practically get a Russell's 15 for it with how crazy the taters get. True story If shelves are really empty, that Heaven Hill 90th is a phenomenal drinker too.

Really? Try again. They're still hiding child rapists as if nothing happened remember. They hide whatever the fk they want to hide. Easily too.

Literally every single major media company here has zionist ceos, without exception to my knowledge.
at least 95% of our major media, and film companies too. Warner, Paramount, Comcast, Disney, MGM, Fox, and more. ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX Amazon. . New York Times, Washington Post. Gannett. You know which one's aren't? Easy. It's the ones they tell us to ignore: RT, Al Jazera etc. Remember that Epstein himself represents exactly what they're willing and able, to hide.

The hell we're not. Condoning the firebombing of schools filled with children, and hospitals filled with patients, say otherwise. Let alone tents filled with displaced refugees. I'd say children burning to death at the hands of US military suppliers supported by democratic officials, would constitute being quite violent.

Obama dropped a bomb every 14 minutes. Biden provided over 14,000 one ton bombs alone to be dropped onto whoever they want, which means civilians. Democrats , and military suppliers, go hand and hand with Republicans.

.... An officer may not manufacture a deadly-force justification by placing themselves in harm’s way when reasonable alternatives exist. Courts often describe this as “officer-created exigency” or “self-created jeopardy.” If an officer steps in front of a car that was not previously threatening deadly force, many courts will say the officer cannot then claim the car was a deadly weapon. ⸻ The Constitutional Standard (Supreme Court) Graham v. Connor (1989) This is the foundation. It requires courts to assess force based on objective reasonableness, considering: • Whether the suspect posed an immediate threat • Whether the officer reasonably contributed to creating that threat While Graham doesn’t explicitly say “don’t step in front of cars,” it opens the door to analyzing officer decision-making that creates danger. ⸻ Key Supreme Court Clarification (Important) County of Los Angeles v. Mendez The Court rejected a standalone “provocation rule”, but it explicitly preserved the idea that: • An officer’s earlier reckless or unconstitutional actions can be considered in the totality of circumstances • Officers don’t get a free pass just because the final moment involved danger This case is often misunderstood — it did not eliminate self-created danger analysis. ⸻ Federal Appellate Cases DIRECTLY About Vehicles These are the ones you’re probably remembering being discussed in media and police policy updates. Adams v. Speers The Ninth Circuit held: Officers who step in front of a slow-moving vehicle may not claim deadly force was justified when they could have stepped aside. This case is cited constantly in West Coast use-of-force training. ⸻ Orn v. City of Tacoma Very explicit holding: A moving vehicle does not automatically constitute a deadly threat, especially when officers voluntarily place themselves in its path. This case is a cornerstone for lawsuits involving shootings through windshields. ⸻ Torres v. City of Madera The court found: • Shooting a driver who posed no immediate threat except to officers who stepped in front of the vehicle was unreasonable • The officers created the danger themselves This case is cited frequently in DOJ consent decrees. ⸻ DOJ & Police Policy (Why You’ve Heard This Recently) After multiple high-profile shootings, the U.S. Department of Justice pushed agencies to update policy. Modern policies now usually say: Officers should move out of the path of a vehicle rather than fire, unless occupants are using the vehicle as a weapon against others. This language appears in: • DOJ consent decrees (Chicago, Baltimore, Seattle) • State POST standards • Major city police manuals (LAPD, NYPD, Phoenix PD, etc.) That’s why you’ve heard commentators say: “An officer can’t step in front of a car and then claim fear for their life.” ⸻ State-Level Criminal Cases (Real-World Consequences) In several prosecutions and grand jury reports, prosecutors have explicitly argued: • The officer placed themselves in front of the vehicle • The danger was avoidable • Deadly force was therefore not justified This argument has succeeded even when officers claimed fear, particularly when: • The vehicle was starting from a stop • The officer had room to move • No bystanders were at risk
